Shifting Your Lens: The Magic of Bashar's A-A-A philosophy
Share
Hello Quick Minutes Community.
Have you ever felt like you’re pushing a boulder uphill, trying so hard to force "good things" to happen, only to end up exhausted and in the exact same spot? I’ve been there more times than I’d like to admit. But lately, I’ve been diving deep into a perspective shift from Darryl Anka that’s honestly felt like catching a second wind.
It’s the A-A-A philosophy. It’s a simple, three-step rhythm that reminds us of a beautiful truth: When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. If you're ready to stop pushing and start flowing toward the prosperity you deserve, let’s walk through this together.
1. Acknowledge: Inventory Your Full Toolkit
Usually, we think acknowledging means admitting there’s a problem. But Darryl’s take is much more empowering: it’s about taking a grounded inventory of what you actually possess right now. And here’s the secret: don't just look at your bank account! Your "inventory" includes the physical and the deeply intrinsic.
The Tangibles: Yes, acknowledge the job that provides for you, the home that keeps you warm, and the food in your pantry. These are your "base camp" resources.
The Intangibles: This is where your true power lies. Acknowledge the love that you have for your life , the loyalty of a friend, or the way your pet greets you at the door. Acknowledge your intrinsic value your resilience, your unique talents, and the kindness you offer the world.
By acknowledging these assets, you realize you aren't starting from zero. You’re clearing off your "life workbench" and seeing that you are already a powerhouse of existing value. You stop fighting "what isn't" and start standing firmly in the wealth of "what is."
2. Appreciate: Increase the Value
Once you see what’s on your workbench, you Appreciate it. In the financial world, when an asset "appreciates," it grows in value. The same goes for your life!
When you find genuine gratitude for those acknowledged tools, truly feeling the worth of that love or the roof over your head you are literally raising your internal frequency. You aren't just being "polite" to the universe; you are signaling that you are a match for more of that goodness. When you value what you have, what you have increases in value.
3. Allow: Release the Grip
This is often the hardest part for us "doers." To Allow is to let go of the steering wheel for a moment. It’s the art of non-resistance.
Once you’ve acknowledged your tools and appreciated their worth, you have to trust the process. Allowing means you stop trying to micromanage the how and the when. You’re essentially saying, "I’ve done my part by staying in a high-vibe space; now I’m open to receiving the best possible version of my life."
The Outcome Shift
It sounds almost too simple, doesn't it? But here’s the kicker: Your outer world is a mirror of your inner state. When you navigate your day through Acknowledgment, Appreciation, and Allowing, you aren't just "thinking positive" you are fundamentally changing your perspective.
When you stop staring at the empty space where you wish things were and start acknowledging the love and value that are already here, the universe finally has a solid foundation to build upon.
Kate’s Little Challenge: Today, take five minutes to list your "Internal Assets." Beyond your job or home, what love do you have? What value do you bring to others? Acknowledge it. Appreciate it. Then, take a deep breath and Allow the universe to meet you there.
I promise, there’s so much prosperity waiting for you just on the other side of a new point of view.
With Love,
Kate
